M18A1 LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with its principal place of business in Sheridan, Wyoming. We give the user a platform that gives them professional access to data and tools designed to support law enforcement, licensed professionals, and digital investigators.

This document outlines the Terms of Service (the "Terms") that govern your access to and use of our Strix Platform (the "Platform"), accessible via desktop or mobile devices.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm your understanding of the same. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Service Description

M18A1 provides access to specific data and tools (the "Services") via the Platform to aid in investigations. The Services enable users to conduct automated and scalable checks and research across data sources, among other features detailed on our website.

Subscription Access

Users may subscribe to the Services, granting temporary access to specific tools and features for a predetermined period (the "Subscription Term").

Use of Third-Party APIs

You acknowledge that M18A1's services rely on APIs and data provided by third-party services. The availability and functionality of these third-party services are outside M18A1's control. As such, we shall not be held liable for any service disruptions resulting from issues with these third-party services.

Subscription Details

Rights Granted

Subscribing to the Services grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for the duration of the Subscription Term.

Expiry and Refunds

Subscriptions and credits unused within the Subscription Term expire at the end of said term. Expired subscriptions and credits are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over to subsequent billing periods.

Customer Vetting and Subscription Eligibility

Vetting Process

Access to our services is subject to passing our vetting process, which includes:

• Acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• Providing accurate "Know-Your-Customer" (KYC) information as requested.
• Acceptance of these Terms of Service.

M18A1 reserves the right, at our discretion, to determine eligibility for our services, and to suspend or terminate access at any time.

Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate information throughout the vetting process and must promptly notify us of any changes to this information.

Commercial Terms

Subscription Methods

You may subscribe to our services either directly through our website or via a formal quotation sent to you by M18A1.

Activation and Renewal

A subscription becomes effective upon our explicit acceptance communicated via email, or upon completion of a purchase through the website. Unless terminated in writing by either party two weeks before the end of the current Subscription Term, subscriptions automatically renew for an equivalent period.

General Provisions

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and disputes arising hereunder will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments

M18A1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
